The representative of the Governor in response to this statement said he will consider the possibility of filing a libel suit.
The court decided to release the artist from custody, with the obligation to report to the police.
Earlier Thursday it was reported that Nude Femen activists staged a protest before the court, where the case against Pavlensky. Six women holding hands, stood near the court building with bare torsos and sewn mouths.
