In the first half of 2018 more than a quarter of transactions with high-budget housing in Moscow concluded with the assistance of a mortgage. This is according to the materials of the portal Urbanus.ru (“Ribbon.ru”).
“From 1163 deals with expensive housing, registered by contracts equity (DDU) in the first half of 2018
319 (27.7 per cent) have a mortgage component, — stated in the study. — Meanwhile, in the premium segment average the estimated budget of the facility, purchased on credit, is almost 32 million rubles. For luxury property, this figure rises to about 72 million rubles.”
Analysts note that the average purchase budget own funds in the segment of expensive housing does not exceed 54 million rubles. “Mortgages are processed on the flats with a budget of 200, 300, and 350 million rubles,” — experts underline Urbanus.ru.
In the elite category of lots, the demand for Bank loans for the half year were threefold — from 21 to 60 POS. In the premium segment the growth rate was about 15 percent.
Earlier in September, the experts of the consulting company Knight Frank has revealed details of the analytical report “Wealth” (Wealth Report), according to which the year by the fall of 2018 the average price per square meter of elite housing in the 20 largest cities of the world increased by 4 percent, while in December 2017, the annual growth reached 6 percent. In Moscow, the market prices of expensive real estate in dollar terms increased by 2 percent.
