The Central election Commission of Russia will sum up the final results of the campaign for the gubernatorial elections in Primorye only after a careful analysis of the situation with the counting of votes in the second round, said the CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova. She cites RIA Novosti on Monday, September 17.
“If there is any doubt about what was re-written protocols or at the last stage there were some irregularities in summing up, we quickly don’t wait lengthy statements in the media, and the specific facts, waiting for complaints with the texture, which is confirmed. The Central election Commission will carefully to understand before the results of the elections,” — said Pamfilova.
Meanwhile, the CEC member Yevgeny Shevchenko said that so far not received any complaints of violations during the second round of gubernatorial elections in the Primorsky territory.
In the second round, which took place on September 16, came the acting Governor Andrei Tarasenko (United Russia) and the candidate from the Communist party Andrei Ishchenko. According to the Agency, Tarasenko walked Ishchenko already “at the finish”. By results of processing of 99.16% of the protocols United Russia is gaining 49.55 percent of the vote, the Communist — 48,06%.
