William Nordhaus and Paul Americalatina: @NobelPrize
Anniversary of the Nobel prize in Economics was awarded to two scientists — William Nordhaus and Sex Romero. This was announced by the official representative of the Nobel prize.
Nordhaus received the award for integration of research on climate change in the long-term macroeconomic forecasting. Romer was awarded for the integration of technological innovation in long-term macroeconomic forecasting.
“William Nordhaus, and Paul Romer has created methods of solving the fundamental problems of sustainable economic growth”, — said in a release premium. The jury noted that the work of scientists has substantially expanded methods for modeling market economy in the context of the nature, experience and knowledge.
William Nordhaus was born may 31, 1941 in Albuquerque, at the moment he works at Yale University. Paul Romer was born on 7 Nov 1955 in Denver, he is now working in the new York school of business.
A year ago the Nobel prize in Economics was awarded to Richard Thaler for a description of the fundamental relations of psychology, human behavior and Economics.
