Rented apartments rose in the third quarter of 2018 in most Russian cities with the population from 300 thousand people. The maximum rates are observed in Moscow, the minimum in Magnitogorsk, follows from the materials of the portal “World Apartments” (“House”).
Average rent one-bedroom apartments in 69 major cities amounted to 11.6 thousand rubles a month. The maximum rate recorded in Moscow, Sochi and Saint-Petersburg — 32.9 thousands, of 21.9 and 21.8 thousand rubles per month respectively.
The lowest prices on removable “odnushki” in the third quarter was observed in Magnitogorsk — 6,6 thousand roubles a month. On the second and third places were Cheboksary and Kursk with average rental rates at 6,954 and 7 thousand rubles per month.
In the third quarter the rental prices of one-bedroom apartments rose in 43 cities with a population of 300 thousand inhabitants, 23 interest rates declined. Especially noticeable price increase was in Omsk, Saransk, Izhevsk, Stavropol, Tyumen (6.8 to 7.7 percent). The decline was particularly pronounced in Togliatti, Ekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-don and Voronezh (6.4 to 7.3 percent).
Earlier, the Ministry of construction of Russia prepared and published a document that establishes the average market cost of square meter of housing in different regions of the country. The highest apartment prices in the third quarter of 2018 was in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and the Sakhalin region. The minimum percentages are found in Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan and Saratov region.
