Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed acting governors of Kursk oblast and Bashkortostan. This was reported by press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, reports RIA Novosti.

“Putin appointed Starovoit Roman V., acting Governor of Kursk region and Radium habirova of F. the acting head of Bashkiria” — he said.

Roman Starovoit at present is the Deputy Minister of transport of Russia.

Radium Khabirov holds the post of head of the city district of Krasnogorsk (Moscow oblast).

Thursday, October 11, the heads of three regions of Russia has resigned at own will the head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the Governor of Kursk region Alexander Mikhailov and the head of TRANS-Baikal Natalia Zhdanova.
