Russia continues to foment hostilities in the East of Ukraine and to control them, violating Minsk agreement. “Russia continues to foment hostilities in the East of Ukraine and direct them in violation of the Minsk agreements. Russia has made commitments on the ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weapons and foreign fighters to disband illegal armed groups, but performs the opposite action,” he wrote.
October 12 the mission on the page in Facebook published photos of the column coming from Russia in the direction of Donbass trucks, one of which was carrying anti-aircraft guns.
Observers pointed out that the photographs present a 23-mm coaxial anti-aircraft gun (ZU-23-2). It was also alleged that the mission previously recorded columns of trucks with covered cargo compartments, which drove on the territory of Ukraine and out of it in the area.
In early October, the mission published a report on the situation in the region, which reported the detection controlled by Ukrainian troops territories of the three anti-aircraft missile systems “Buk”. According to observers, the complexes were behind the line of withdrawal of troops, but outside the allocated areas for storage of weapons.
