In Moscow suburbs the proportion of suburban real estate buyers purchasing the houses not for seasonal and for permanent residence. Most of them Muscovites. This is stated in the materials of the Agency “INKOM-real Estate”, provided of edition”.ru”.
According to analysts, over the past ten years, the proportion of customers who buy the “fence” in the Moscow suburbs for permanent residence, grew by 30 percent to 70 percent. The most popular format with the “serious intentions” is a townhouse (52% of transactions), and the main target group of migrants are people aged 36 to 50 years with a stable income and children.
