In Russia, you may receive system training of citizens throughout their life. This was announced by the special representative of the President in the digital and technological development, Dmitry Peskov, reports “Interfax”.

Approaches to retraining can be different. “From the stimulation of competitive approaches that are in “Wordskills”, to radically new solutions. For example, there may be norms, such as free online second degree — up to these innovations,” — said Peskov.
According to him, Russia starts implementing many projects worth 28 trillion rubles, which will require new skills.
“The important search for new forms, which work as mass retraining and motivation mechanisms. The contours of this public policy to the present time not developed, the government is testing a variety of approaches,” — said Peskov.
On 25 October, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov said that 28 trillion rubles will be spent on national projects until 2024. In may, President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to develop and adjust national projects in 12 areas, including demography, health, the digital economy and the environment.
