Ukrainian MP called the police on a disco for pioneer ties

Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Aryev called the police men who came in the “Disco 80” in pioneer ties. About this he wrote in his Facebook.

“I had to withdraw from the hall and call the police provocateurs that came with the banned Communist symbols. Behaved like a typical Soviet people. What else should happen to such finally figured out how many deaths the Communist ideology brought to Ukraine?” — he wrote.

According to the Aryans, arrived police, “issued” people in pioneer ties, who tried to “run over” to the custody order. He also said that he wrote them a statement to the police.

“Popconcert spoiled, but we do not regret”, — concluded the Deputy.

In 2015 in Ukraine was adopted the law on decommunization involving, in particular, a ban on the use of Soviet symbols, the condemnation of the Communist regime of the Soviet Union and the opening of the country’s Soviet secret police archives. In the framework of the implementation of the law renamed cities, streets, dismantled monuments to Soviet leaders and figures.
