Candidate for the US presidency in 2016 from the Democratic party, Hillary Clinton admitted that will participate in the election campaign 2020. She spoke about it in an interview with Recode.
In response to a direct question about our candidacy, Clinton initially rejected this possibility, however, after a short pause said that still “wanted to be President.” However, she noted that paramount sees the victory of the Democrats in the midterm elections on 6 November. “I intend to do everything in my power to ensure that the representative of the Democratic party was in the White house,” she said.
In September 2017, Clinton said that is not going to nominate his candidacy for the presidency. She said that a year after the election, she’s still hurt, the loss causes her suffering. In 2016, Clinton was considered the undisputed favorite in the presidential race, but in the end the victory was won by Republican Donald trump. The democratic candidate said that he lost the election because of the “Russian intervention”, but also because the former head of state Barack Obama, who carried out the unpopular economic policy.
Intermediate Congressional elections will be held on 6 November. They will be re-elected 35 of the 100 senators and all 435 members of the house of representatives.
