About 34 percent of demand for apartments in the Moscow region in the third quarter of 2018 had on residents of other Russian regions. This is stated in the materials of the analytical center of the CYAN (“Ribbon.ru”).
Leaders in demand for Metropolitan housing turned out to be such regions as St. Petersburg and Krasnodar Krai — 15 and 9.3 per cent of all regional requests to advertisements for the sale of housing in Moscow, respectively. Among the regions with actively are interested in buying property in Moscow population also includes the Republic of Bashkortostan (5.5%), Sverdlovsk region (4.6 per cent) and the Republic of Tatarstan (3.5%).
Least of all potential buyers of real estate capital, as calculated in CYANOGEN, residing in Chukotka, Jewish Autonomous region and Nenets Autonomous area (from 0.01 to 0.02 percent in each region). In the number of outsiders in the interest of the capital housing also includes national republics of the North Caucasus. In aggregate, the regions of the South of Russia from Adygea to Dagestan accounts for less than two percent of user activity.
The proximity to the capital has little effect on the interest in the Moscow housing market, according to the materials of the company. So, the inhabitants of the regions bordering on Moscow, accounts for 6.2 percent of search queries. Neighbors of the second order, the residents of the regions that border the areas surrounding the Moscow region accounts for 7.7 percent of queries.

Earlier, the Ministry of construction of Russia has published the order “About average market cost of one square meter of total area of residential premises on the subjects of the Russian Federation for the IV quarter of 2018,” according to which in the third quarter of 2018, housing prices rose in 12 regions of Russia. In the remaining 73 subjects of the Federation the cost per square meter remained unchanged.
According to the Ministry of construction, the highest housing prices in October 2018 was recorded in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Sakhalin region, the lowest — in Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan and Saratov region.
