Sheds, fences, gazebos, walkways and other facilities not included in the construction may lose the status of real estate. This was announced by the Director of real estate Department of economic development Alexei Bucovetsky, reports TASS.
“So, currently, the Civil code specifies that property recognized land plots, as well as objects with a strong connection to the land movement is impossible without disproportionate damage. However, the question arises as to whether objects such as fences, tiling, landscaping, walkways, called real estate?” noted Bucovetsky.
According to him, the Ministry proposes to clarify the concept of real estate and explain its characteristics. This will solve important for citizens, business and government problem.
“This uncertainty has led to a large number of disputes in practice between citizens and organizations, presentation of different requirements to the Federal registration service on the inclusion or exclusion of the objects of the egrn, disputes organizations with the FTS of Russia”, — said the official.
According to the proposals of the Ministry, building not possess the properties of capital, will be considered as an improvement of the land. In the case of an amendment will be made to the Civil code.
