This funding will support various efforts to fight against Russian, Iranian and Chinese misinformation aimed at foreign audiences,” he said.
According to Palladino, the funds went to Finance several large projects. He explained that the budget will be spent on technology for early warning of disinformation, analysis of disseminated messages and the development of relations with local publications.
In March 2018, it was reported that the us government has not spent a penny of the $ 120 million that the U.S. Congress during the two years allocated for the fight against the Russian propaganda. As noted in the foreign press, it confirms that the authorities are not interested in preventing Russia’s interference in the internal Affairs of States.
