Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) has banned four Russian lifters for violating anti-doping rules. It is reported TASS/
Penalty was imposed on Valery Temnik, Roman Rednikin, Sergei hazels and Fatima Umakhanov. All four suspended from competition for four years.
The punishment of the Minister shall come into force from 4 September 2018, Rednikin and oreshnikova — from 1 October 2018, and Umakhanova — 24 September 2018.
Federation of weightlifting of Russia (FTAR) in the fall of 2017 was disqualified by the International weightlifting Federation (IWF) for the year from participation in international competitions. The results of rechecking of doping samples taken during the Olympic games in 2008 and 2012, Russian athletes had three or more positive result.
Imposed on FTAR sanctions all national teams of Russia for a year lost the opportunity to participate in international competitions. 19 Oct expired period of Ineligibility. Russian weightlifters will participate in the world championship which will be held from 1 to 10 November in Ashgabat.
