NATO hope that the professionalism of the Russian military during firing exercises in the Norwegian sea. This was stated during a telephone briefing, the commander of the U.S. Navy in Europe and Africa and commander of the ongoing in Europe, the teachings of the Alliance, Admiral James Foggo, reports RIA Novosti.

Foggo noted that the zone “can be used for any demonstration of missile tests”, but there is no certainty. “And NATO Secretary General share my point of view: we expect that if the Russian armed forces intend to use this area for any of the exercises, they will do it peacefully and professionally, like we did in similar conditions,” he added.
An exercise called Trident Juncture 2018 (the”Single Trident-2018″) held from 25 October to 7 November in Norway. They in total will take part about 50 thousand soldiers from 31 countries — member States of the Alliance, and their partners in Sweden and Finland. This is the most large-scale maneuvers on the Northern flank of NATO after the cold war.
