The minimum values were recorded in North Ossetia and Kursk region — 6 and 6.3 percent of the budget of households respectively. Indicators of Moscow and St. Petersburg amounted to 13.9 and 10.7 per cent, the study said.
According to the statistics of the savings Bank, about 80 percent of all payments for housing and communal services in Russia are in the form of cash. Representatives of credit organizations explain the trend that non-cash payments for utilities in average by one to two percentage point cheaper cash.
Previously, experts of consulting company “FinExpertiza” presented survey data on rates of rise in price of utilities in the Russian regions. According to them, most likely the prices for utility services are growing in Chechnya, as well as in the Kirov and Pskov regions.
