In the Russian capital, a new business cluster Tulsky business district, near the metro station. This is stated in the message of the consulting company Knight Frank, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to analysts, in the district in the future two to three years it is planned the construction of several high-class office centres. In particular, adjacent to the existing quarter “Danilovskaya Manufactura” construction of a new 18-storey business centre (commissioning scheduled for the end of 2020). In the place of an industrial zone №2 “the Warsaw highway” will be built a new office complex with a total land area of 90 thousand square meters. Another business center will appear on Nagatinskaya street.
Also in the Tula region are actively developing infrastructure, which is essential in the successful operation of the business districts: will be landscaped Novodanilovskaya and Nagatinskaya quays, near the former plant ZIL will build pedestrian and car bridges across the Moscow river, at the intersection of Brothers ryabushinskys and the Moscow Central ring is planned to build a transport interchange hub “ZIL”.
