The Novosibirsk city hall analyzed the opinions of local residents about the installation in the city of a monument to Joseph Stalin. It is stated in the document published on the website of the institution.
It is reported that through the official website of the city received 243 response about the project. “For the installation of the monument were 155 participants of public discussion. 97 letters in support of the monument are of an identical text”, — stated in the Protocol.
It is also noted that 85 voters opposed, three more messages were empty.
The voting was held from 9 to 29 October 2018. Too inconsistent results, the municipality decided to send the document for consideration by the arts Council of Novosibirsk.
