The public oversight Commission (POC) of Kaliningrad has informed that the riot police was arrested by the Russian Vyacheslav Lukich, is wanted by Interpol after the incident with the former fighter of anti-terrorist operation (ATO). This “Mediazone” said human rights activist Dinar Idrisov.
As the PMC itself is 24-year-old Lukichev, he is accused of public justification of terrorism on the Internet (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal code). However, the decision about excitation of criminal case yet was not presented, specified in the publication.
Lukichev is in the temporary detention facility (IVS) at the regional Department of the MIA. Complaints about the conditions of detention he was not charged.

During the attack, they used a knife, hammer and a can of tear gas.
