Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev told about how he manages to keep himself in shape. On Monday, November 5, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, special attention should be paid to regular sports activities and proper nutrition. “And, of course, do not need much to eat at night, it’s just not very useful,” Medvedev said during an online conference in Shanghai media group.
He also said that he goes swimming, rides his bike, plays a little badminton, and Alpine skiing when I have the time.
In addition, the Prime Minister stressed that he tries to eat only healthy food and does not adhere to strict diets.
