The family of a convicted member of a gang “tsapkov” Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz was spending on its content, millions of rubles — he lived in a colony of red caviar, crab and other delicacies. This was reported by “Komsomolskaya Pravda” former spouse Tsepovyaz Natalia Strashnaya.

The woman told reporters that a year ago divorced Tsepovyaz, and now he from prison sues the family business — the company “Glory of Kuban”. According to her, ex-husband through a lawyer trying to collect rent for the land of almost 10 million rubles, and requests to impose arrest.
“Ex-husband, apparently confident that paying someone would be free. I have arrested all the land, I have to go to court is necessary. And the company somehow save 350 people can remain without work”, — said the woman.
Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz — one of the accomplices of gang leader Sergei Hoe, which operated in the village Kushchevskaya Krasnodar region in 1990-2000-ies. In the autumn of 2010 members of a gang by order of the leader attacked a family of farmer ametova and killed 12 people, including four children. The murder has received wide publicity, and then in Kushchevskaya was a large-scale anti-criminal campaign, in which were unmasked and other crime gangs.
The leaders of the gang Sergey Tsapok, Vladimir Alekseev and Igor Chernykh, were sentenced to life imprisonment. Uncle Sergei, Nicholas Hoe, Sr., and Tsepovyaz, Vladimir was sentenced to 20 years (later the Supreme court reduced his term to 19 years and 10 months of imprisonment), and Vladimir Zaporozhets — to 19 years in prison. He was also convicted the mother of Sergei Hoe, which found guilty of fraud. In September this year the woman was released early.
Sergey Tsapok died in the night of July 7, 2014, in the infirmary of the Krasnodar insulator. According to preliminary data, the cause of death was obstruction of the pulmonary artery after separation of the clot. Two days before his death in the same jail committed suicide Igor Chernykh.
