The lowest housing prices in St. Petersburg in November 2018 fixed in the Kolpino district of the city, the highest — on the Petrograd side. This is stated in the materials of analysts of a portal “World Apartments” (“Ribbon.ru”).
The average cost of standard apartment in St. Petersburg (statistics were not considered the elite housing segment) in the middle of the fourth quarter of 2018 amounted to 7.1 million rubles, the average price per square meter — 109,4 thousand rubles.
The three most expensive areas of the city to the Petrograd side, Central and Vasileostrovsky areas. The average cost of apartments in these locations is at the level of 12.4 million rubles, 11.3 and 9.1 million rubles, respectively. Fourth and fifth place is occupied by the Moscow and Admiralty areas with figures 8.3 and 8 million rubles.
The cheapest district of St. Petersburg was Kolpino, where the average apartment price is 4.2 million. In the “cheap three” also includes the Kronstadt and Petrodvorets areas with figures 4.6-4.7 million for the apartment. In fourth place were Pushkin district with an average budget of buying an apartment in 6 million rubles, took fifth place Krasnoselsky district, where the rate was close to the average in the city is 6.67 million rubles for the apartment.
Earlier, analysts of a group of companies Active ranked the districts of St. Petersburg with the lowest prices for rental housing. According to them, the cheapest — to 26 thousand rubles per month — apartment cost tenants in Krasnosel’skiy, Kirov, Kalininsky, Krasnogvardeisky, Nevsky and Frunzensky districts.
