Russian midfielder Andrey Arshavin will not be looking for a new football club after playing for Kazakhstan “Kairat”. He told this in an interview with the club TV recording available on the official YouTube channel of “Kairat”.
“Where will you go after leaving “Kairat”? Nowhere to go will not” — said Arshavin. He noted that his plans did not appear a career in football or the beach version of the game. However, the Russians said that they would like to practice with mini-football team “Kairat”.
On 5 November it became known that Arshavin will leave the Kazakh club. Farewell match the Russians for “Kairat” will take place on November 11.
37-year-old midfielder played in the championship of Kazakhstan in 2016. On account of his 30 goals and 30 assists for Kairat. Arshavin is in the squad of the Kazakhstan club has twice won silver medals in local championship. Also, along with him the club won the super Cup and the Cup of Kazakhstan.
Arshavin is also known for his performances for “Zenith” and London “Arsenal”. In the national team he won bronze medals of the European championship in 2008.
