Several subjects of the Federation have insufficient fuel reserves for the winter, said the Minister of construction and housing and communal services Vladimir Yakushev, quoted by TASS. The problems caused by the sharp rise in fuel prices.
“Today, in several regions the figures for coal and oil somewhat alarming,” said the Minister.
The lowest stocks, according to Yakushev, the Tver region: coal 38% from standard oil — 5.1 percent. This is evidenced by the data provided by the Ministry of regional authorities.
Also alarming indicators of Ulyanovsk (49.4 per cent from the norm of coal and 93.9 percent fuel oil) and Kirov (80.9 percent coal and 68.2 percent fuel oil) regions.
In the whole of Russia’s coal reserves amount to 121% of the plan, the liquid fuel is 110 percent.
Deputy Prime Minister, Vitaly Mutko, who oversees the construction industry, added that the problems are caused by a sharp increase in fuel prices and that the Federal government will subsidize problem areas.
