Moscow will not spend time analyzing new anti-Russian sanctions due to their ineffectiveness. Comments about this Agency TASS said Deputy foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Ryabkov.

According to him, Russia will continue to develop all areas of Crimea. “No external influences or assaults on this course are not affected. These steps are so insignificant, insubstantial and powerless in its essence, wasting now time and effort to review them would be on our side is counterproductive,” — said the diplomat.

He explained to RIA Novosti that Moscow, “by and large, ignores such kind of hostile manifestations, and if they decide to respond to sanctions then the totality of the circumstances”.

Earlier on 8 November, the U.S. Treasury expanded sanctions against Russia over Ukraine and Crimea, adding to three individuals and nine organizations, among which was the sanatorium “AI-Petri”, “Dulber”, “Mishor” Spa “Mriya”.

The EU, USA and several other countries have introduced restrictive measures against Russia in 2014 and linking them with the reunification of Crimea to Russia, and then the conflict in the South-East of Ukraine. The Kremlin insists that the actions by Crimea was fully consistent with international norms of Russian troops in the Donbas and Russia is not a party to the conflict in Ukraine.
