Yesterday, November 7, Bortnikov said about the need to create storage for encryption keys that allow you to read the correspondence of users in messenger. “The rights and freedoms of law-abiding citizens in terms of privacy must be fully respected”, — assured the Director of the FSB.
That the requirement to provide encryption keys violates guaranteed to citizens by the Constitution of the right, repeatedly told the owner of Telegram Pavel Durov. His messenger is blocked in Russia because of the refusal to obey the FSB.
