The Russian budget will not receive more than 17 billion rubles by the end of 2018. This was stated by the head of the accounts chamber Alexey Kudrin in his speech in the State Duma, reports TASS.
“Dividends on shares: we believe that there may be a shortfall of 17.4 billion rubles”, — said the chief auditor of Russia during the discussion of amendments to the budget.
The Finance Ministry expects that in 2018 the government will receive 250,7 billion. Office a lot of time trying to oblige state companies to pay 50 percent of profit as dividends to the state budget, but to achieve this still failed the standard for each company individually.
In October, Kudrin predicted that because of the state companies of the Russian budget will lose about 1.3 trillion rubles because of the fact that the size of the dividends paid — the most vulnerable part of the revenue budget. Kudrin also believes that the Russian economy in 2018 will grow by only one percent of GDP.
