The court in the Chelyabinsk region on the initiative of the local FSB office can deport a citizen of Ukraine Philip Venediktov for participation in armed conflict in the Donbass on the side of the Donetsk national Republic (DND). The hearing, which may be decided, will take place on 4 December, according to Colossal.
Militia fighters suspected of involvement in “terrorist organization “DNR”,” – reads the text of the opinion prepared by the representative of management of FSB across Chelyabinsk region Podkorytovym. The opinion is attached to the certificate received from the employee of security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

It is also noted that Venediktov fired the gun to resist the Ukrainian military.
“Therefore, we believe that Venediktov, wanting to get temporary shelter, actually trying to evade criminal prosecution,” reads the text signed by the representative of management of FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region Podkorytovym. Ukraine militias are accused of terrorism, he faces up to ten years in prison.
Venediktov has filed documents for legalization in Russia, in Chelyabinsk UFSB, however, accused him of terrorism for participating in the war in the Donbass on the side of the DNI.
