“The result is that today the US has spent on the ISS over 100 billion dollars with the expensive Shuttle flights. We — less than 10 billion dollars,” said Koptev.
The head of the NTS noted that, in addition to money, Russia has introduced in the design of a safe transport system, and advanced tools for search and rescue of astronauts. According to the head of the Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, “the ratio of the budget of NASA for 2018-2019 in relation to the Federal space program of Russia is 14.8 times.”
