Vice-speaker of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya has drafted a bill toughening rules of purchase of firearms for persons aged 18 to 21 years. On Wednesday, November 21, reported on the website of the parliamentarian.

Yarovaya suggested to enter three additional requirements for obtaining a hunting ticket and the license to purchase smoothbore long-barreled weapons. Among them — the background and characteristics of employment, proof of income and a copy of the tax Declaration or other document confirming the source and amount of income. In addition, when obtaining a license to acquire arms required to pass an interview.

According to the Deputy, it is necessary to introduce a special procedure for obtaining a hunting ticket and the license to purchase smoothbore long-barreled weapons for persons under the age of 21. She noted that currently the procedure is more formal: you need only two photos and copy of passport.

“To get them introduced mandatory provision of information and characteristics from the place of work or study. This will be important feedback in order to identify circumstances that may have a significant role in the establishment of goal setting on the acquisition of weapons and preemption of wrongful acts,” — said Vice-speaker of the state Duma.

It is expected that the interview with the person receiving a license to purchase weapons, will be conducted by the staff of Regardie.
