The United States and Mexico agreed on migrants

The Mexican government accepted the offer of administration of the President of the United States Donald trump about migrants on the border States. It is reported by The Washington Post, citing the administration of Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.

According to the plan, “Stay in Mexico” seeking to enter the United States migrants are waiting for the decision on granting asylum to Mexican territory. The agreement could mean the end of a long practice, in which immigrants, including illegal, expect a decision in the United States, the newspaper notes.

Official documents regarding the agreement currently are not signed. According to Mexican Senator Olga Sanchez Cordero, talking about “short-term” problem.

Earlier it was reported that the President’s chief of staff, John Kelly, signed a Memorandum authorizing the U.S. to the border troops if necessary, to use force on the U.S. border with Mexico. It was stated that the document allows the US armed forces actions which are “sufficiently necessary” to protect the guards.

In October, thousands of refugees from Central America went to the us border. Parallel North from Honduras and Guatemala are just a few of the caravans. The President of the United States Donald trump sent to the border thousands of soldiers to curb the influx of illegal immigrants. The first group of the caravan of migrants arrived on the U.S. border and Mexico on November 13.
