In St. Petersburg found a buyer for the apartment, where in the period from 1914 to 1921 lived the famous Soviet writer Maxim Gorky. About it reports TV channel “360” referring to one of the Petersburg realtors.
As television said the man, a customer, who wishes to buy a historic room, showed up the day after the withdrawal of a facility. “There is generally a very cool house in terms of culture. Very rare offer in the market”, — said the realtor. He did not name names of the property owner and the buyer, citing confidentiality.
That in St. Petersburg sell living room, where once lived the famous writer, became known on November 20. Apartment with views of Alexander Park and Peter and Paul fortress was estimated at 11.5 million rubles. 52-foot facility is located in the house №23 on Kronverksky Avenue.
According to realtors, in 1914 the writer lived on the sixth floor of the building, and in December 1917 he moved to the fourth floor of the same building in flat No. 8. In September 1920 it he took an English writer Hg wells.
