More than 30 Russian citizens denied entry to Ukraine at the airport of Kiev. They came from Minsk. On Tuesday, 27 November, “Izvestiya” told the passengers of flight 829 company Belavia.

The plane arrived in the Ukrainian capital at about 18:00 local time (19:00 GMT) on 26 November. After checking three dozen passengers with Russian passports were not allowed to leave the airport. They will be sent back to Minsk on the first flight.

“One of the bosses of the border service came out and said it as the face control at the club — someone to come up and someone not. Here you we do not allow” — said one of the passengers.

According to her, such cases began to occur after 17:00 on Monday. The woman explained that those who had come earlier did not face with such problems.

On Monday evening, the Verkhovna Rada approved the introduction of martial law in the country for 30 days from November 28.

This is due to the incident in the Kerch Strait. November 25, the border Department of the FSB detained three ships the country’s Navy, which entered the territorial waters of the Crimea and began to make dangerous maneuvers, ignoring the requirement to stop. In Russia opened a criminal case on illegal crossing of the state border. The Ministry of foreign Affairs called actions of the Ukrainian military provocation, the purpose of which is to distract the population from domestic problems in light of the presidential elections scheduled for the spring. Moscow considers EU and US involved in the incident.
