The US state Department has approved the project for the sale of arms Poland at 655 million dollars. This is the Agency for cooperation in the field of defence and security (DSCA), a part of the Ministry of defense.
Under the deal, Poland will receive 20 missile and artillery systems of high mobility, 36 managed reusable missile systems, nine missiles, 30 tactical missile systems, 20 launchers and multi-purpose vehicle with wheels and spare parts for missile systems.
Poland plans to use the weapons to prevent threats. In the United States with this delivery I hope to improve national security, strengthening the defense system of the country-NATO ally.
After the approval of the state Department, the project will be submitted for consideration to Congress. Congress needs to provide a final response within 30 days.
In mid-September the President of Poland Andrzej Duda called for Washington to send to the Republic of more American troops. The US President Donald trump said that the White house is considering placing in Poland of a permanent American base. Database proposed to call the “Fort trump”, the Polish authorities are willing to spend on its creation billions of dollars. In response, Russia threatened to take action to neutralize the threat.
