The Russians will be interviewed on the Ukrainian border. “At risk” who might be refused entry, will be visiting the “occupied territories”. About this informed the official representative of the State border service of Ukraine Andrey Demchenko, reports “Strenia”.
During martial law a special regime of entry and exit, and the guards conducted “enhanced interviews” of foreigners and persons without citizenship, including Russians, said Demchenko. In addition, there are “risk group” that may be involved in “destabilizing activities in Ukraine”.
“We check their previous trip to Ukraine, not whether they violated Ukrainian legislation, did not attend to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine (official Kyiv calls the Crimea and the territory of the breakaway DNR and LC — approx. “Of the tape.ru”), “—said Demchenko.
Men aged 16 to 60 years fall into the “risk category”, the interview with them is an additional means of control. The decision will be taken in each case separately. Denied entry if the foreigner does not confirm the purpose of the trip, as well as “in the event legal basis”.
According to Demchenko, “an exception” are diplomats, staff vehicles, as well as people who permanently or temporarily reside in Ukraine. “And those who go with the travel of a humanitarian nature. This may be the death or illness of close relatives,” — said the representative of state frontier service.
On the question of whether to go to Ukraine businessmen, Demchenko said that the decision will be taken at the border.
“Interfax” citing a source reported that in the Kiev Boryspil airport is refused entry, not only men, but women with Russian passports. From women require to present a Bank statement as proof of funds for stay in the country.

The source added that the Ukrainian authorities suspect in every Russian agents of the Kremlin, “and people are just going to visit relatives and the graves of parents.”
Friday, 30 November, the President Petro Poroshenko announced that Ukraine will restrict entry of Russian men aged from 16 to 60 years that Russia was unable to form in the Republic of units of private armies. Official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that Moscow will not accept a reflex action.
Relations between Russia and Ukraine escalated after the FSB on 25 November detained three Ukrainian ship, accusing them of trespassing. Kiev call Moscow’s aggression and imposed martial law in some areas.
