“I consider it necessary in the established procedure to submit for consideration by the Council the question of the application to separate physical and legal entities of the Russian Federation of personal special economic and other restrictive measures, in particular in the form of freezing of assets on the territory of Ukraine. In my opinion, this lock needs to last until the de-occupation of our country,” he said.
According to Lutsenko, in some areas the Russian legal and physical persons have a monopoly on Ukraine, from-for what the prospects for the introduction of such sanctions should be carefully analyzed.
