The convict from “Vladimir Central” had his tongue cut out

Human rights activists have complained that the convict in the prison №2 of the administration of the FSIN of Russia for the Vladimir region (“Vladimir Central”) had his tongue cut out. On Tuesday, December 4, reports RBC with reference to treatment.

The author of the statement — President of ANO “Center for assistance to foreign nationals and combating illegal migration” Roman Kayfajyan. He reported the incident to the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika and the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Alexander Bastrykin.

“As a result of torture [convicted] lost language that was cut and some teeth. Then he was asked either to commit suicide or not to tell anybody about the committed crime against him”, — stated in the text.

According to Kayfajyan, then the convict was placed in the psychiatric ward of the hospital at correctional colony No. 3 in the Vladimir region (IR-3), “is world famous for the systematic beatings, torture and horrific atrocities against prisoners.”

On 30 November it was reported that the TFR opened a criminal case on the fact of torture of prisoners of prison “Vladimir Tsentral”.
