China announced the introduction of 38 new penalties for theft of intellectual property, according to Bloomberg.
The news that the new approved document imposing further liability for such violations, appeared a few days after Chinese President XI Jinping promised at the meeting with the President of the United States Donald trump to allow him “reasonable apprehension” due to the current China’s practice of borrowing of intellectual property. This problem is one of the key trade dispute between Beijing and Washington.
