More than half of Russia’s employers — 58 percent — do not plan to give employees bonuses for the year. On Thursday, December 6, reports TASS with reference to the results of a survey service for job search and staff Rabota.ru.

A quarter of respondents (24 per cent) intend to reward only certain employees and only 18 percent of respondents are ready to encourage everyone.

Was the most generous employers in the fields of IT and education, the most miserly — in the areas of construction and real estate.
