The Russian fighter of the mixed style (MMA) Khabib Nurmagomedov and Irish athlete Conor McGregor will miss the meeting of the Athletic Commission of Nevada, which will consider the case of a fight with their participation after the fight at UFC 229. About it reports Los Angeles Times.
The hearing will take place on 10 December. It is noted that to this point the parties can reach amicable agreement. If this does not happen, the representatives Nurmagomedov will be asked to defer sentencing until the next meeting of the Commission, which is scheduled for January 29.
The representative of the Commission refused to answer the question of how long may be suspended Nurmagomedov and McGregor.
The battle between the Russians and the Irish took place in October in Las Vegas. Nurmagomedov won painful reception, after which attacked the sparring partner McGregor Dillon Denis. As a result, in the octagon and outside of it there was a mass fight with participation of teams of fighters.
