Pensioner Vladimir Popov said that appealed to the social centre of Magadan to transfer their benefits, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, but his letter was not accepted. Veteran of labour intends to achieve this, reports RIA Novosti.

Popov said that the fee to 683 of the ruble against his pension demeans his human dignity. “So I decided to transfer this money to the Prime Minister Medvedev. But the paper Accenture I refused to accept it,” he explained.

The head of the regional “Social centre” Gelendzhik Anatoly Kulikov has previously clarified that it is not about the increase in their pension, and the payment of which is provided to the veterans as compensation for the cost of utilities.
