USA explained the maneuvers of amphibious assault ship in the Black sea

American landing ship “Fort McHenry” (USS Fort McHenry) is in the Black sea legally. This was stated by the official representative of the U.S. Sixth fleet Kyle Raines in an interview with Navy Times.
