January 9, the penalty for non-payment of a Parking in Moscow increased from 2.5 to 5 thousand rubles, reports “Interfax”.
The relevant amendments to the administrative code, adopted by the deputies of the city Duma and signed by the mayor Sergei Sobyanin, came into force on the first working day of 2019.
The decision is explained by the disparity of the previous penalty rates for Parking. So, from December 15 to the cost of Parking near the “Moscow-city”, as well as on the Arbat, Neglinnaya, Tverskaya street and several other streets increased from 200 to 380 rubles per hour.
Also from 1 January to four per cent rose cost of evacuation of incorrectly parked transport engines with a capacity of from 80 to 250 horsepower.
From 31 December to 8 January in Moscow, Parking was free, including the Parking lots where the fee was taken on Sundays.
In October it was reported about the initiative of the Ministry of transport to introduce dynamic fares for public transportation in which trip during peak hours will cost passengers more.
