The European Commission (EC) launched an investigation in relation to Nike to find out, could the tax decisions of the Netherlands authorities to grant the company an unfair advantage over competitors, reports Reuters.
According to the EC, the authorities of the Netherlands in the period from 2006 to 2015 has issued five tax opinions, with two of them still remain in force.
