South Korean President called on Donald trump and Kim Jong UN to meet again

The President of South Korea, moon Jae-In said that waiting for the second meeting of the President of the United States Donald trump and the head of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN. It is reported by CNN.

“The second summit between North Korea and USA, which will soon take place, and the visit of the President, Kim Jong-UN in Seoul will be a turning point in the consolidation of peace on the Korean Peninsula,” said moon. He stressed that South Korea “will not break cover until the promise of nuclear disarmament and is finally at peace”.

On 7 January it was reported that the US government and North Korea discuss the possibility and details of a new meeting between the leaders of the two countries. Representatives of both sides have already held a preliminary meeting, which discussed the main organizational aspects. Among alternative venues for the summit also featured Indonesia, Mongolia, the us state of Hawaii and the border crossing between North and South Korea — Panmunjom.

The first meeting between Donald trump and Kim Jong-UN was held in Singapore on 12 June 2018. According to its results, the parties adopted a joint Declaration stating the readiness of the DPRK to the complete denuclearization. In response, the US pledged to provide Pyongyang with security guarantees.
