French biathlete Martin Fourcade commented on the victory of the Russian Alexander Loginov in the sprint at the world Cup-2018/2019 in Oberhof. His words led TV2.
“I’m upset that Loginov won. I can accept that he was allowed to compete, but to respect him not going. He never apologized for doping, and will not get my respect. We must be fair. Today he won, and looked stronger than before. But his victory is a shame,” said Fourcade.
11 Jan Loginov won gold in the sprint, beating Norwegian Johannes boe and Swede Sebastian Samuelsson. Fourcade finished in seventh place in the race.
