Russian biathlete won the first gold medal at the world Cup

Russian biathlete Alexander Loginov won the gold medal in sprint at the world Cup-2018/2019 in Oberhof. The results of the competition are available on the website of the International biathlon Union (IBU).

Loginov had covered the distance in 25 minutes, 59 seconds, not allowing a single miss. In second place is the Norwegian Johannes boe, who finished with a delay of 25.2 seconds and allowed one mistake. Third place went to the Swede Sebastian Samuelsson, yielding to the leader of 36.8 seconds, and not missed even once.

Loginov, the Russian team brought the first gold medal at the world Cup this season. Prior to that, Russian has twice won silver medals and twice the bronze.

Competitions in Oberhof will continue until January 13.
