Presnensky court of Moscow convicted of fraud the former head of air intelligence of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Dmitry Leskovskogo. On Friday, January 11, reports TASS.

Lysakowska sentenced to six years imprisonment. As the court noted, the same term was given to the accomplice Isakovskogo, Peter Sneezy. Another defendant in the case — Mikhail Chernov received 11 years of imprisonment.

About the detention and house arrest Leskovskogo in Moscow it was reported in July 2015. According to informed sources, he was accused on business about attempt of raider capture of the building on Gogolevsky Boulevard in Moscow. Since 2007, he was wanted.

According to press reports, in 2007, building on Gogol Boulevard was acquired by the company “Aquaman holdings limited” for 1.4 million dollars. In 2010, its previous owner — an offshore firm in Seychelles Islands “aquamarine LTD” filed a lawsuit to the Arbitration court for recognition of the transaction void and to return property rights. After the building was sold to the offshore company “Deliman Corporation LTD”, which was represented by a lawyer Lysakowski, then bore the name Kotsubanov.

It was later revealed that the real owner of the premises is “Aquaman”. In the result, registration was denied, and the SU TFR opened a criminal case. Kotsubanov changed his name to Lysakowski, and in 2014 appeared in the South-East of Ukraine, where he joined the militia.
