Doctors saved the injured leg in Magnitogorsk baby

Doctors managed to save the leg of a baby was found under the rubble of a house in Magnitogorsk, the child’s condition is gradually improving. On Saturday, January 12, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Ministry of health of Russia.

As explained in the Department, doctors of the Moscow Institute of emergency pediatric surgery and traumatology noted that over the past week the boy’s condition, there has been visible improvement. “You can say that the baby’s leg is now out of threat”, — noted in the Ministry of health.

They added that the child gradually moves on to independent feeding.

Earlier in January it was reported that the boy began to breathe and communicate with my mom.

10-month-old boy was found alive on 1 January after more than 30 hours after the start of the rescue operation. He needed emergency evacuation to Moscow: the child was diagnosed with a closed head injury, multiple fractures, frostbite and General hypothermia.

A gas explosion in a residential building in Magnitogorsk took place in the early morning of December 31, 2018. The rescue operation ended only on 3 January. As a result of collapse of part of the entrance killed 39 people. The investigation repeatedly rejected the version of the attack.
